  I chose to wait until I had lived here for a month, prior to writing a review. My experience has been wonderful, from my first property visit, and has only continued as a resident. The staff are extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The few maintenance issues I have had, one being of my own doing, were handled promptly, within the same business day. I searched every high-rise and midrise, within the downtown area, and none compared to the price per square footage of the Steelhouse. The amenities are upscale and comparable to other downtown properties. The building is beautifully maintained, any resident created spillage and/or dirt I have observed, has been cleaned promptly, within 1-2 business days. I am extremely happy with my choice to live here!
