  The mark of a company is when things go wrong. How do they react and do they solve the problems quickly with the best outcome for the customer. This company does not. Very serious safety problem in an appt , they were slow to respond and made the situation worse. Then would not answer questions about a partial refund. Became rude and abrupt on replying about yet another problem in the appt.
