  Go to a bedding store to buy a mattress to finally get a good nights sleep and all I've gotten is aggravation, stress and anger. I purchased the P5 bed over a week ago. When I purchased the bed, the salesperson said that I would be receiving a call 2 days prior to delivery to set up a delivery time. I received the call 2 days prior to the delivery as promised. That's where my good experience with Sleep Number ends. The phone call was not to set up a delivery time, it was an automated message telling me when they will deliver it. At the end of the recording it says if you need a different time to please press 1. I did. It transferred me to Sleep Number who had no clue as to why I called. I explained that I needed a later delivery time. The person on the phone tells me that if she goes into the computer to alter my delivery time that the system will remove my delivery date and I'd have to start all over. I told her that is unacceptable. If I spend $3000 with a company I am not giving you the right to dictate when you want to deliver it, we have to come to a mutual 4 hour window. She transfers me to the delivery company. I explain the situation to the lady that answered the phone at the delivery company and she tells me she will see what she can do and then puts me on hold. When she comes back on the phone she says that dispatch said there is nothing they can do, my house is too close to the warehouse. I explained to her that no one could be home in the beginning part of the 4 hour window and if it can't be changed then I would have no choice but to go back to the store and get a refund. Her response?.....OK...Click. She hangs up on me. As promised, I go back to the store to either get this rectified or to get a refund. After dealing with our original salesperson, who by the way is the only bright spot dealing with Sleep Number. My salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. Now back to the story. My salesperson gets on the phone and starts the downward spiral. He speaks to manager after manager at the corporate level. He's texting other managers in the meantime and can't get anywhere. Finally he gets a case manager on the phone and she explains it will take her a little while to get this resolved but I will "definitely" receive a call back the same day. It's two days later and still no call. I have called corporate and the store and I'm still getting the runaround. Buyer beware. If you purchase from this company, expect to be told when you have to be home and if you unfortunately live near a warehouse, expect the first delivery block no matter what you need for you. Great beds, absolutely one of the worst companies I've dealt with when it comes to customer service, and yes, I am taking cable companies into account.
