  I want to say how much I appreciate their employee named Chris. After my daughter was told by the Disney Auto Shop (it was at Disney and wouldn't start), that she had a bad alternator and it was going to be $980 to repair. We didn't believe Disney Auto, and had it towed to this Sears. Chris checked the alternator and said it was good and really just needed new cable for $4 and could use a new battery, which we happily purchased. He had the car ready in a few hours. I appreciate the honesty after being ripped off with the Disney Auto Shop, telling us it needed, alternator, cables, battery, coolant, belt, etc. Then Disney charged a $100 before they let us pick up the car as a "wrongful diagnostic fee", which I called and had a manager refund. The entire repair was only about that price at Sears. Thank you Chris at Sears!!
