  Savery USA has been a very important part in our smoothie factory. The owner, Mr. Gordon, with all his great knowledge has been very helpful and resourceful to our plant decisions and designs. They have a great knowledgeable staff willing to help you in all your needs. We truly recommend Savery USA and we love that they are part of our success.

  Beware of Savery USA LLC.
  
  It seems to be a pattern with Savery - bill and receive money in advance, deliver a few unusable or defective pieces of equipment and disappear with the money. We’ve had the same experience that the The Rare Hawaiian Honey Company from Waimea, HI and Supranaturals Llc from Springville, UT have had - check out their reviews on Kinnek.
  
  Here is what you can expect from Savery - especially if you have paid them their invoices on time:
  Missed timelines.
  Ignored or sporadic communications.
  Equipment that fails state inspections.
  
  We are currently working with an attorney to recover our funds. The one piece of equipment that was made in-house at Savery, a pasteurizer, failed multiple state inspections and is unusable. In addition, they owe us money for undelivered equipment and won’t let us know when the rest of our equipment will arrive. Nor will they refund our money despite repeated requests.
  
  To add insult to injury, they tell other customers that our project is on halt because of “money issues” insinuating that we had not paid for the equipment. The lies are stupendous, especially when they are sitting on a large amount of our money that was taken upfront stating that all equipment was ready to ship.

  I have a six year working relationship with SAVERY USA and its executive staff. Michael Gordon, owner, has become my Mentor in all things related to manufacturing and related areas. He has traveled the world setting up plants of all types. He and his experienced staff can design and implement a turn-key plant. They take it seriously and they follow up with their customers year after year to ensure that all continues running as expected.
  Six years ago, I met him through a supplier. I needed help in taking that next step from contracting out my product manufacturing- to bringing it In-house. I was inexperienced in setting up my plant and knew very little of sourcing what I needed.
  From the first day I met Michael, he took on the role of my teacher, mentor and ultimately a trusted friend.
