  Customer for several years. Was told my blower motor was defunct. They could replace for $1100 but they did not have one with them on this Friday but could have one on Monday. They said i should replace the whole unit and plumbing for $13,500!, I declined. Then I was told the next available price was $11,000. Again I declined the price.Then I was quoted $9,500! I told them I could only manage around $5,000. They said they had nothing in that range. Then I told them to bring the blower.
  
  When they arrived on Monday with the blower, A different tech, asked my why I elected not to go with a new system. I related the previous conversation. He then told me that that wasn't true that they could get me near my price due to hurricane rebates and a discussion with the boss.
  
  I was quoted $5,700 and included a new thermostat which I accepted but didn't appreciate how I was played!
  
  The next day a new unit was brought. But the team had to go to the office and get another ladder and did not bring a new thermostat. Took thee guys all day to complete the work. I then had to ask for the thermostat. Before they left I got a quick and dirty lesson on how to use it then they left, leaving out that the unit had to by synced to the wifi. But I had no way to know that since they did not leave me a book.
  
  I called the office once again and yet another person came to install this
  and asked me where my book was. I told him, I didn't have one. He finally found one.
  
  I was told by the installers that they would be back the next week to make final preparations for the installation. You guessed it, no one called or showed...until I finally called them today.
  
  Lastly, I really didn't appreciate them parking their commercial vehicles in my driveway, that no doubt will cause it to have more cracks!
  Not a good way to treat a long term customer....unless I am missing something!

  They sent a tech out to diagnose my a/c. He said we needed a new condenser motor. It was 640$. He said it was the motor and he had it in the van. I decided to wait and think about it. I called and got a second opinion from another company. Their tech came out and moved one wire that was in the wrong place. The A/C worked perfect after that. I waited a week to see if it would go bad. It's still running strong. When I called to complain they kept giving me the run around. I tried to get in touch several times , and could never get through to the manager. I feel this was DISHONEST SERVICE from a DISHONEST COMPANY!!!! Don't use them go somewhere else. Where are many other big A/C companies who are honest and don't try to b/s people out of money!!!
