  This was the most absurd delivery situation imaginable. The delivery guys showed up with my new range (which was dented), and quickly realized that they had NO idea how to uninstall the previous one (even though that was included in the installation cost).
  Then, when they told us they were just going to leave (after partially unhooking our existing range), my husband asked for another solution and they ended up screaming at him, saying that he was going to make them late to their next job.
  They scratched their heads for a little while until my father was able to come over and do their job for them. They actually stood around watching him while he did their jobs for them.
  THEN one of the "installers" actually had the gall to ask me for a 5-star review. Will never order from Home Depot again because they use this company.
