    I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The website indicates updated 2017, but to me it had an outdated smell. There were 4 people during my stay, and the beds were full size; which made our resting uncomfortable. The website does not provide that information. It just show pictures of double beds, please know they are full size not queen size. My family went to get breakfast and was not pleased. The staff was great! I would not recommend this facility.

    Nice hotel for travelers visiting Universal! Hearty breakfast with the shuttle coming at a great time. Universal is close enough to walk if shuttle times do not work out. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Lots of food options nearby. The bed and pillows were fair, but not great.
