  I don't like writing negative reviews but felt compelled to do so in the case of Quality First. Unfortunately this company has pathetic work ethics. They lied about when they will be there to do the work, lies about who will do the work, lies about completion times. Think of the cheesy used car salesman willing to say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line and you have the essential concept of this company. Very poor and disappointing quality of workmanship in restoration of a small 1300 sq ft home, painters that don't take the time to remove wall plates, smoke detectors, blinds and hardware and paint right over them. Unsanded sheetrock repairs, painted over. Specified exactly which paint to buy and sure enough, they went out and bought the cheapest paint they could buy to make a dollar extra, we complained and they came back in with the proper paint and used a brush to touch-up areas, now we have multiple sheens on the walls. They did remove the ceiling lights and fan trims but now most don't work. They managed to have 60% of the lights in my house not come on after their work. Never cleaned up their mess other than cleaning their tools in our sinks and tubs and leaving the residue. Their subs left our house disgusting and I mean disgusting. Feces on the toilet seat and surrounding area, no containment when they sanded sheetrock so now sheetrock dust is all over everything throughout the house. They came into a house that was certified clean by an independent company just days before they started. No regards for our furniture and belongings, we felt like our home was violated. We were told 1 week to do the job paid by Allstate Insurance once they got started and here we are a month later and the job is not complete. This company is a typical insurance chaser with sub-quality work. That was our experience. Would not recommend them to even low life relatives.
