  Authentic, friendly, effective ... I can say only the best of the best! One needs to experience Pilates in order to understand why we swear by it after experiencing it. It has truly helped to heal my imbalances, and my instructor, Mark, is always there for me body and soul.

  The Pilates Loft has been instrumental in my back injury recovery. I've learned to strengthen my core and improve my posture to support my back. Both my core and posture are dramatically improved. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on a range of core moves that compliment any athletic endeavor. I always look forward to a challenging session with Meghan and I always leave sweaty & stronger.
