I don't know why this place is so highly rated. When my engine was overheating I went here only because they are closer home. Big mistake, I should have stuck with my trusted mechanic even though they are some distance away.

First they said it is because of a faulty fan assembly. So I had it replaced. Things were fine for a few days but I started seeing overheating issues again. When I took the car back, they kept it for a day and returned it saying that they couldn't get it to overheat!

I continued to drive the car until the head gasket blew. It is a major repair but I got it done none the less. They delivered the car on the agreed upon day. On the way home, I observed that the ABS light came on in dashboard. I had zero lights on before the head gasket incident. Worse, after I drove it back home, the car wouldn't start again. So, they arranged the car to be towed back to the garage. The towing guy took one look at the engine and found a dangling electrical wire. He loosely put it in place and the car started.

Back at the shop, when I told the mechanic that the ABS light is on, he said it had always been like that! None the less, once they fixed the electrical connections, it went away. So, finally I have a car that does start but on the way home I observed that the engine vibrates as I press the gas pedal sometimes. I called them up about it and they said give it some time as the engine is redone and it would take some time to smooth out.

I drove it for several days and once again the engine started to overheat! I took the car back. The master technician found that a hose was leaking coolant. They apologized and fixed the hose.

Meanwhile the engine vibration never went away. So I took it back but unfortunately I couldn't get it to vibrate when I drove it with the mechanic next to me. The first thing the mechanic mentioned was that the original mechanic who had worked on the car is no longer with them. The second thing he kept saying was that the work done so far had nothing to do with engine vibration.

So, here I am with a car that's in much worse shape compared when this whole ordeal started, after spending 2.5K. They broke a plastic clip in the engine bay and wont fix it. I suspect that while the fan assembly might have been faulty to begin with, the leaking hose had always been there. Had they found it and fixed it, I could have avoided the whole head gasket problem. But, no they wouldn't look beyond anything. They flush the coolant system but don't check for leaks!

Utterly incompetent shop. Avoid it if you can.
