  I never even saw the doctor, however, this review is about the woman that answered the phone. I said I was a new patient and would like to schedule appointments for my young daughters. The receptionist told me she was not sure if Dr. Nguyen takes young children, although my search filters that specfied young children exams, revealed Dr. Nguyen. The receptionist proceeded to tell me I could book my appointments on-line. I thought that was something they were supposed to do? She then proceeded to tell me she was with a patient and would call me back. She returned my phone call at 7:00 p.m. I don't think that is the most appropriate time to be making business calls due to families eating dinner. Call me old school. I told her I found another practice that was more helpful and she replied, " Ok, great." and hung up. Unfortunately, for Dr. Nguyen this does not reflect well on her or her practice. I never even set foot inside the practice and I was completely turned off and felt like an inconvenience to the woman answering the phone.
