  I'm closing my account with them for a car loan today. You have to wait forever to see a clerk with their weird check in desk. I have filled out 6, not 2..3 but 6 change of address forms while trying to just pay my monthly loan amount. The best part is I get mail through a PO box so my physical address is irrelevant
