  Today is May 25th, 2016, time is 11:05am. I called Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair to inquire about body work and premium paint job for my 1966 Tempest convertible. I was stunned by manner and attitude of the person who answered the phone. The company lost my $7k+ business in about 30 seconds. Here is the transcript.
  Shop employee: "Hello?"
  Me: "Is this Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair?"
  Shop employee: "Yes. How can I help you?"
  Me: "That's kind of an odd way for a business to answer the phone. Don't you introduce the business?"
  Shop employee: (clearly annoyed) "How can I help you sir?"
  Me: "You can't."
  
  The owner of the company needs to evaluate who they have as the face of their business and who interacts with clients. How many clients have they lost and never knew they lost them due to poor customer service? Hope this critique helps you improve.
