  I love orange theory! The trainers are excellent and they really push you to be your best and work your hardest. I have went to the gym and flounder around many times and not really been focused or been able to succeed. Once I started orange theory I had somebody pushing me and encouraging me and that made all the difference. The music selection is excellent and Daniel is really motivating. I love orange theory and since I have joined Orangetheory, have seen a huge difference in my strength and in my weight-loss goals!
