  Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating, if there were another option, they would get no stars. This is by far the worst titling option place in Florida. This agency don't follow their own rules, they actually ignore them and when they make mistakes it's like OH WELL. The workers act as if you are bothering them, when you try to review a matter that they dropped the ball on. George (in processing) and his colleagues could surely use more training and do I need to say they are rude. Very unprofessional and could care less if they screw up a customer's transaction or not. Go else where, as this place is a waste of tax payer's dollars!!!!!!
