  Before choosing a real estate agent for our firm, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment our clients make when listing their property for sale. For each listing we have referred to Olde Town Brokers, Patricia Sullivan has gone well above her scope of work from day one. She will make multiple trips to meet with clients and provide vendor contacts for clean-up and repairs. Patricia is a "Hands-On" agent with her clients and will eagerly share staging strategies before hiring professional photographers and videographers to create a complete advertising package to reach the largest number of potential buyers. NOT ALL REALTORS ARE THE SAME and after working with Patricia for the past 4-5 years, I can tell you this lady gets the job done! In addition, she can handle commercial listings as efficiently as residential listings and specializes in probate (estate) properties. You won't be disappointed having Patricia list your property! Take my word on it!

  I have been working with Patricia Sullivan for over three years. She was the broker who placed a tenant in one of my commercial properties. and I was so impressed by her market knowledge and ability to bring all the parties together that when my long time realtor retired, I jumped at the chance to build a relationship with her.
