  Took 540 days to finish only 60% of the house contract stated he was supposed to finish the house in 270 took money from my project and took the money probably for his daughters house and his offshore account. Has a judgement of ~300k in paid try's to get you to pay under the table so he can avoid paying his debt. Lied about invoices trying to show invoices for other projects to get me to pay for him twice. Do I need to continue
