  Lazaro was an amazing tech. He was very knowledgeable and Thorough. He attended to the issue right away new what the problem was and took his time. Not to mention he inspected the entire Furnace unit from head to toe. I have had a hard time with companies trying to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose any issue in our many properties. Lazaro came in got to work to solve my problem. Very professional and mills is lucky to have tech like Lazaro. I request Lazaro and Rob for my properties only from now on.   I’ve been having a lot of issues with my master bedroom being hotter than every other room in my house these past couple of months. I’ve had to jump through a lot of hoops to get this issue resolved (not with Mills Airs, but the builder was the one who gave me issues), but once Mills Air got the approval, they responded immediately, able to resolve my issues. The service tech that made it happen was Jim L. That man was a one man team. Knowledgeable, experience, and great customer service. If you want the best of the best working on your A/C unit, ask Mills Air to send you Jim L.
