  I had lost my phone outside of the McDonald's the night before and did not realize that it fell out of my pocket. I used an app to locate my phone and it was showing it was at the McDonald's. I called the restaurant, they answered right away within the first ring and confirmed that the maintenance person had found it outside and turned it into the manager. Pat was the manager on duty and I informed them that I would be picking up the phone. They provided great customer service and were very nice and understanding of my situation. I was delighted to have spoken with them and helped resolve my stressful situation. Thank you McDonald employees at this location!

  Constantly messes up order at drive through. You wanted a coke? Here’s a diet. You wanted no mayo? Here’s mayo. You wanted nuggets? Here’s a fish sandwich. Not just one time but at least once a month.
