  Service was great from lifeguards and employees. It was a little dirty when we arrived - noticeable mess of wrappers or sauce on elevator. This may have been an isolated incident because everything was clean since. A noticeable lack of signs, so some people with horrible senses of direction like our mother will get lost the first couple walks to the room. Beautiful adult and family pool areas. Fun activities at the family pool - for children, of course. Rooms are very sizeable, and bathrooms are large too. The parking is easy, and boats to and from Universal we're an easy/fun mode of transportation. The place looks pretty cool too!
