  BEWARE!! RESPONSE FROM MANAGER IS A COMPLETE LIE! I DID NOT PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, NOR DID I RECEIVE A CALL BACK. HAD THAT BEEN THE CASE, MANAGER WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE FIRST TIME I CALLED. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ORDER FROM ANOTHER PLACE, THERE ARE MANY!! Driver called to tell me she was in the lobby. I got down there and couldn’t find her. I called her back and she hung up on me. When I called again, she said she left pizzas at the front counter at Sapphire Falls. We are staying at CABANA BAY. She said she would be there in five minutes. I called the manager to express my concern. I didn’t like the fact that my pizza was left with a third party at the wrong hotel. Manager said she would call me right back after talking to the driver. Of course, she never called me back. Meanwhile, we were given ICE COLD pizza. It was also all over the inside of the box. This pizza was not cheap! It was awful. Verly poor customer sevice. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I think they know they are dealing with tourists so don’t try to exceed or even meet expectations.
