  I really don't like when people cant do they're job correctly and then blame it on each other why they cant do things properly. The agents is never there so even though he might be experience he's useless because he is imposible to get a hold of. I would be better of speaking to an automated answering machine then his uneducated, disrespectful and disgusting assistants. For your own good stay away!
