  Been here for a month. It was nice and quiet at first but for the past two or three days, I've heard gunshots every night! Really scary but I should have expected something was off when they wouldn't give me my key until I got renters insurance. And they made it MANDATORY that you pay it up for the YEAR! But if you don't mind The gunshots then its a cool affordable place. I just don't think I'll be renewing my lease next year.
