  I don’t usually write reviews unless I’m compelled. This hotel is hands down amazing! This was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend (3/30) and I planned it for him to spend it at Universal Studios. I called ahead and spoke with Diandra about my plans to suprise/decorate the room with their assistance and they DID NOT disappoint. We both loved the hospitality and helpfulness at this hotel. They made our stay 10x better. Jennifer was super sweet and nice, when it started to rain she even allowed us to borrow her umbrella all day with no issues. The ladies in the front are lovely and the food here is great. Don’t hesitate to book with this hotel you won’t be disappointed.
