  We rented a compact from Hertz in Orlando Fl. on a multi month contract. Not only was it the best deal we could find but Hertz went above and beyond ordinary customer care. Because we were renting for a minimum of 3 months, Hertz e-mailed us for info regarding mileage etc after the first month. We took the car to the nearest Hertz agency and was immediately offered another car to use while the original rental was being serviced. This was only one of many credits to Hertz. I would not hesitate renting from them again. By the way, hats off to the branch manager at the Lakeside Marriott in Orlando, thanks for everything. D & B

  Terrible experience, was quoted $80 for a Kia rio. Then after insurance and gas we were told we would be charged $150 for 2 days. We were not given a Kia, an elantra instead without being told. And then our card was charged $350. When I called they said it was a hold that would be returned when the car was returned but they did not mentioned this once to us. And when I asked why we weren't warned of the fee she insisted she did tell us, she did not. Would not go back and will be returning the car immediately. $80 dollar rental turned to $350
