  PATIENTS BEWARE. This office staff lacks intelligence and customer service. If you like being just a number and just their source of income, then this is the place for you. This is exactly how my girlfriend was treated. The staff is incompetent, lacking common knowledge/sense. On several occasions have they failed at making simple appointments and notating simple information correct. Their excuse is "that's just what I was told" when you ask why the doctor can't see you, after you already scheduled an appointment and confirmed their reminder call. The staff AND Dr. Vinicio Hernandez are insensitive to the patients and completely lack any sort of humanity for these suffering patients. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE
