  I have The Standard insurance and they have this place as one of their in network offices. I have been calling to schedule an appointment for the past three weeks, I even tried doing it online. I've called the phone and I kid you not, I was on hold for 20 minutes. I can screenshot this for you if you want. This happened on all the times I've called. The next time I call I will be expressing my frustration and if there is no solution I will not be using their service. It is really difficult trying to get comfortable to a place where you will be spending money when you cant even get good customer service before entering the building. Who is the management in this place?

  Clean new office with new doctor. 5 stars!! Very helpful. Highly recommend. Dr Feng is the only dentist I'll see!
