  Against recommendation (so is my fault) they picked up my grandmothers cart, never called me with status for over 1 1/2 weeks. Had my cart for over a month and charged $180 over the estimate and the cart STILL wasn't repaired. A friend called someone he knew and they replaced 1 microswitch for free! And it has been working perfectly ever since. I've never felt so ripped off in my life.
