  I went to the office for a consultation and felt comfortable with Dr. BRAGG. So I decided to make an appt.
  I was told I needed to leave a deposit and it would be included with the actual price when I returned to have my procedure.
  I had to cancel my appt as my mother passed but I did call 24 hrs prior.
  I went to have my procedure and realized it was also a weight loss clinic as I saw many women buying supplements.
  I was brought into a room with a lady that was going to do the procedure. I was not asked to pay up front which I found to be different but just let it pass.
  The whole time I was having my legs injected, the lady kep telling me about all these products I should buy for my legs. She then told me I needed compreason stockings. I told her I had my legs done before and I was never told that. She measured my legs came back in the room and proceeded to put on the stockings. She did everything so fast I couldn't figure out what she was going to do next.
  When I went to pay my bill, they told me I owed $485.00. My procedure was supposed to be 300.00 . The receptionist told me the stockings were 60.00 and the price had gone up for the procedure. I then asked about my deposit and was told that a girl named Susie had pulled my deposit without any other explanation. I told her I wanted to speak to someone else and she kept telling me I had to speak with Susie. She could not do anything for me. As I was standing there, many women were coming out of rooms with supplements that were suggested for them.
  This office is nothing but a sales office. I never did hear from Susie as I knew I wouldnt. So they lost a good customer for a lousy 50.00. It wasn't the money, it was the disrespect and how they manipulated me.
  Also, I wore the socks and they kept falling down to my knees. I am sure that DR. BRAGG
  Has to be aware of the sales techniques in this office.
  So ladies, make sure you ask many questions about their policies and procedures before you make an appt. I spend a lot of money to make sure my face and body look good at all times . This would be like I make an appt to have a face lift, then when we leave they charge for the facial mask and tell me my deposit was no longer included in the price.
  I am going to let every receptionist in every spa, nail salon, dermatologist and plastic surgeon in Dr. Phillips and Winter Park know so that they can advise their patients where not to go for any leg procedures. Word does spread fast in this world of beauty salons.
  We always look at all reviews and take them serious.
  I did notice that nobody had left a review on the website. Shame on me for taking a chance on an office because it was so close to home.
