  Never fixed any maintenance issues in 6 months. Would just let work orders sit outstanding and undone. They answered the phone the very first time when you called then they'd save your number to know never to answer again. You leave multiple voice mails and they will never return your call, despite that the answering machine says they will within 48 hours. They do respond to emails but only if they have an answer. If not, you will not hear back from them. Very poor customer service, very poor communication, very poor maintenance!
