  My first time at this location. When I tried to make an appointment I was on hold for 30 minutes (not exagerating), then someone picked up and said they picked up the wrong call and then put me back on hold. I decided to walk in, the front desk was on her personal phone talking to an insurance company for her personal reasons. She told me that my insurance didnt cover anything so I paid 50 dollars, however, I checked my insurance policy and the exam was supposed to be zero copay and eyeglass world is preffered by my insurance. Then I wasn't able to get estimate for how much my contacs are going to cost. Today is the thrid day trying contacs for the first time and my eyes are on fire, I called to see if I should remove them and they said they could not transfer me from the main number that I called and that they will call me back. Let's see if I even get call back....

  I went in for an exam and new glasses I left there with a ton of extra charges I want planning on, however I called the next day after going over the bill and was able to get everything cleared up and half of my money back! Even better they let me keep the glasses anyway! Make sure you ask to see the bill before you pay but other then that they where great!

  Is there a negative star? I wish that was an option, the service leaves alot to be desired. The wait time is horrible because they are short staffed in the area where you select your glasses. The actual ophthalmologist area is probably worst, they misplaced information about my insurance, had me waiting just to re-verify with the carrier & coverage information. The kicker is that after my exam they advised me that they would call me for a fitting of my contacts because they were not in stock and its been 3 weeks since then and no phone call. Lastly I paid for my prescription glasses and when they called me to pick them up, they were completely different glasses, somehow the glasses I paid for and they sent out for lenses got mixed up along the way. There are way too many ophthalmologists & eye centers in the area, stay away from this one.
