  I tried a silks class here recently and enjoyed it very much. The instructor, Ute, was very helpful and I learned some new moves. Also, the high ceilings are AWESOME for silks. I just wish classes were longer. By the time you warm up, do your climbs, go into other moves, etc., it's hard to get everything done in an hour. Also, a small gap of time in between classes would be nice to allow time for the next class to come in or for people who are doing more than one class to have a break to transition to their next class if they need it (especially if they are using different apparatuses.)

  I've been taking aerial silks classes at elevated fitness for around 2 months now and it has been absolutely amazing. Coming from someone who has never done aerial silks (or really anything athletic) before, it has been so fun and the instructors are super nice and helpful. I plan to keep going for as long as I can! Plus it's in a super convenient place, right by Waterford lakes!
