    I have made a couple of purchases from this Ecco store over the past year because I am a huge Ecco fan due to the comfort that this brand provides. But the point of this review is about the service. Ray, the manager, and his staff provide over the top service with a smile. You can tell that they love what they do. Thanks guys!

    There just isn't enough kind words I can say about the store manager Ray and my experience shopping there. Every time I go there I ask for him because he knows more about shoes than anyone else I've ever met.

    He want's you to leave happy with your shoes, and will bend over backwards to help you find a pair that will fit you just right. On top of this, he's the nicest and kindest salesman I've ever met, has a wonderful sense of humor (he will have you laughing the whole time you're trying on shoes) and gives you zero pressure to buy.

    I will spend more (in fact, I bought the most expensive boots of my life there yesterday) at this store just to support the fabulous staff who work there. If you go, ask for Ray. He's been in the shoe business over a decade and knows his stuff. It's well worth the drive and price - no matter how far away you are.
