  There is one older gentleman that works in the service department who is ideal. He tells you what he can and can't do so you know what is possible. Other than that they are nice people in the shop however it seemed as if once they sell you a car you no longer are important to them. They say they will do something and fail to do so. I had question about my car warranty and things of that nature and she told me someone would give me a call a week went by with no call so I had to go up to the facility to have my question and long behold the older gentleman in the service department helped me again.

  It was 450pm on a Fri afternoon and I had a horrible feeling about my tire in my Lincoln. David Maus Volkswagen was the closest dealership at the time and I had purchased and leased a car through them in the past. Even though they're about to close up they took the time to get me a new tire and put it on. The next day they even balance the tire for me because I felt like it was still a little bit off. They didn't treat me like I was paranoid or give me the brush-off they make sure my safety was first. I also brought in a friend the next day to buy a car. As far as the car salesman I felt like they let $500 difference slip away a car deal. They could have done a little bit more in that area but overall there a great dealership I recommend them to anybody!
