    How can you not love this place! I still remembered my first day clearly (I was out of shape), after 7 minutes of training, I was on the floor! Luckily Jeff (My Trainer) and Monica was so supportive. They motivated me to keep on fighting and don't give up. So I trust their words and keep on training. Just after a month, I started to notice a major difference in my weight loss and fitness strength. Before I started, I was wondering how can "20 minutes make a difference"? 20 minutes of intense training got my triceps and legs popping! Jeff is fantastic! Every trainer there are friendly and engaging in your goals. Would highly recommend this place.

    I was a member of Body20 for only 4 months, but what progress I’ve made in that time! Before I joined Body20 I plateaued with my fitness level and my weight. I’ve tried so many other programs like Insanity, InsanityMax30, and running apps to help increase my pace and distance, with no improvements. When I joined Body20, I was skeptical that a 20 minute workout would really make a difference. Turns out it makes a huge difference. With professionals guiding you and building a workout tailored to your needs and fitness levels, as well as having someone giving you 100% of their attention to you and keep you motivated when you want to give up is really what makes the difference. I worked out with Troy most of the time, and if you want someone that challenges you, he is your guy! In those four months, I’ve been able to go up in weights, going from a 15lb kettlebell to 25lb, a 20lb medicine ball to 35lb, and upping my weights on the machines between 20-40lbs. I’ve dropped 10 pounds and close to 2 pants sizes. My upper body and legs are much more defined and my tummy has flatten a lot. It goes to show how much of a difference your body can change even if the number on the scale hasn’t changed much. Troy helped me a lot when it comes to technique and form, which can make all the difference; lessens I will take with me as I continue with my fitness. I have to note, that with the help of Body20, diet still played a huge role with my results. When you spend the money and put the time into this program, it should encourage you to keep that momentum when grocery shopping, cooking, and eating out. Thank you Body20 for getting me over the hump!
