    I had an express facial with Melodie & it was a great experience! She took the time to listen to when I needed and adjusted her service to fit my needs. I did not have a great first facial but after expressing my concerns, she made sure to adjust the way she did the service the second time to make me more comfortable.

    The spa is beautiful but they have serious issues with scheduling and timing of services. Management was extremely helpful and attentive when I expressed my dissatisfaction and made an effort to rectify the situations.
