  First and last time visiting. Was treated unfairly by the technician for the first 5-7 minutes. She acted as though she was the one getting paid for the services. Her goal was to run a bill. Too pushy. It made me feel like she didn’t care about my dog. She also wanted to sell me a service plan; suggested blood work etc when the vet had not even seen my dog yet. I was there for vaccines! The vet was kind, but I’m sure she was able to read the look in my face. Stand your ground and don’t let any tech intimidate you!

  They have some great veterinarians, but the staff that runs the front desk is awful. Every time I call, I am put on hold. Every time we would go in, it would be an excessive wait. Think you'll be able bring your fur-baby in tomorrow? Think again! They rarely can get you in quickly.. I have gotten attitude from their front desk ladies on numerous occasions as well. Needless to say, we changed locations and are much happier now. I would not suggest that anyone go here!!

  They are leeches for money. Came in for an exam after we started taking care of my future father in laws dog. The owners before who he saved her from were addicts and didn't care for her. When I brought the dog they told me she looked good. Come to find out 2 weeks later. She has an extreme gum infection and her tooth has a huge hole in it. But they checked and she said had really good teeth. Guess not.
  
  Update: At Banfield in waterford lakes petsmart at the same visit they forced us to get her rabies shot. Told us if we didn't they would call animal control on us. And in the state of florida senior dogs don't legally need them. And the rabies shot shut down her kidneys and she past away shortly after we noticed her teeth.
