  Dirty, bugs.... always bugs no matter how clean you are. Stains come through the carpet from previous residents even when you don’t wear shoes or spill anything on it. The cabinets are old and falling apart with laminate covering them to "dress them up". My air conditioning went out 5 times in the year that I lived there and my electric bill was $200 several times for a one bedroom apartment because they refused to fix a Freon leak in the A/C. As a result of the a/c being low on Freon it froze the unit and caused water damage which they refused to fix. They charged me on move out for things I didn't do. They have loud residents and don't do anything when you ask them. They let residents keep pets in the garage when its 100 plus degrees out and do nothing when you ask them to. Overall a terrible place to live and a bad way to do business. Expect to be robbed when you live there too... People Halloween decorations were stolen and places were broken in to.
