  I have used this service in the past at a different location and loved it. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about this location. Called on Monday and spoke to Maria. She said she would search properties for me and call me back. She never called me back... Two days later I called back and she couldn't remember who I was or what I was looking for. She claimed she tried to call me back but obviously that was a lie as she couldn't even remember my name or information. When I asked her for the information on the property she said she had found on Monday, she said she couldn't do that because she doesn't get paid unless she contacted the apartment and I moved in. Then she hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager she called me on the other line to tell me that "I was the rude one " and proceeded to hang up on me again. DO NOT WORK WITH MARIA SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESNT DO HER JOB CORRECTLY.

  Maria helped my roommate and I nail down a place within our budget. We did not meet face to face, but after filling out the form on their website I received quick service through the phone. I appreciated her following up even if it seemed like we wouldn't need her help at one point. In the end, we have found a great apartment in the area we wanted. Thank you to Maria & Apartment Hunters!
