  My experience with EZ car rental was excellent, both at Orlando and Fort Myers airport. I had reservations for a full size car in Orlando. When talking to Luna, the lady at the desk, I had explained to her about my kids wanting a convertible. I stated that a convertible was out of my price range. She not only gave me a great deal on one, she looked long and hard for a convertible Mustang for me and my family. Thank you Luna for great service. My kids and I had fun in the convertible. I had dropped the car off at Fort Myers airport. I had left my phone charger in the car. The men there had radio the driver of the shuttle bus to turn around to get my charger. Hats off to you for your honesty. You could have very easily kept it, but you didn't. With enough said, I will be a returning customer for my next trip.
