  If Terry was the only one there, I'd gladly return, but on his off day, I called to say i wanted to bring my car back so Terry could follow up on something. I didn't want to go through the issue with a different person and told this to the guy on the phone, but he kept pushing me to explain and when I told him I was only comfortable speaking with Terry, he got really rude and told me I had an attitude etc! Funny how it goes against you when you like someone! So now I've reported the incident to the credit card company and may have to dispute the charge....that's how bad it was. Keep Terry; I hope he helps me in this.....but the other guy....well, his name will go to the right person; but he certainly needs some counseling on customer service. I'm actually kind of scared to run into him, I just don't believe customers should be shouted at; and disrespected for requesting the service of a particular person. It was only for the sake of familiarity with a situation. I'm sick to my stomach over it!
