  I receive passes randomly via email for free movie screenings at this theater. Last night I arrived 30 minutes early for a screening, only to be turned down at the door that the theater was full. My husband and I were told that we could try to find two seats in the front row, so we did. When we could not find any two seats together, we left. The organizers were quite rude to us when we left, as though it were our fault they overbooked the screening. The theater staff, however, were extremely gracious to and very polite. There was nothing showing at that time that we wanted to see, so we accepted two free movie tickets for another day. The concession Manager also comped us for the popcorn and soda my husband had bought, and even let us keep the drinks. I was very impressed with their customer service and truly appreciated the time they took to accommodate us.
