  I had a very pleasant experience.
  
  I made an appointment at 2PM to get a new license plate and registration. I arrived at 1:55PM and parked some distance away due to the plaza's very foolish directional parking design. My number was shown on the display with an estimated wait of 9 minutes. The wait time increased to 12 minutes. I was called at exactly 2:13PM.
  
  The person who took care of me was very nice. I chose my registration term and the tag I wanted. A few minutes later I had the new tag and the registration. Payment was quick and simple. I was out the door by 2:20PM.
  
  Definitely make an appointment. Some walk-ins were waiting 2-3 hours according to the monitors. In addition, each case is different. Some customers take longer than others. That's why they have a hard time estimating wait times.
  
  Every employee I met was pleasant and helpful. I have nothing to complain about.
