  Buyer beware! The homes built here by Dr. Horton are poorly made. Our roof had issues 6 months after being built, the ceiling was leaking water in the living room and kitchen. The sprinkler system is damaged and was never repaired. Most homes has water leaks prior to the hurricane and more so after it. I would highly recommend you not to purchase a Dr. Horton built home.

  Great neibor hood to live in new developments popping up very close to Lake Nona.
